She is particularly passionate about supporting clients who are navigating grief, unresolved trauma, anxiety, and any concern that feels heavy or overwhelming. Clients She Works Best With

Kimberly works best with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally burdened, or seeking deeper self-understanding. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and stress related to relationships or caregiving roles.

She primarily works with adults and is especially well-suited for clients who appreciate a gently directive approach that remains reflective and supportive, and who are interested in self-exploration, nervous-system regulation, trauma processing, and meaningful personal growth.
