Assessment
An assessment at Tranquil Journey Therapy is a detailed evaluation of your mental health to identify specific issues and needs. This process involves gathering your history, symptoms, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique situation.
Therapy
Individual therapy at Tranquil Journey Therapy offers personalized, one-on-one sessions to address your mental health concerns. These sessions focus on your unique needs and goals, providing a supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
Our Therapeutic Approach
At Tranquil Journey Therapy, we believe that healing happens through connection, safety, and collaboration. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Request a consultation. This is a 15 minute meeting by telehealth.

Meet with our us to see if our practice is a good fit to help meet your goals. We will review your insurance and our availability to make sure everything goes smoothly.
3.
We are a good fit? Great - next, we will schedule a time to complete an assessment with our therapist to learn more about you.
4.
After your assessment, we will work together to complete a treatment plan. The treatment plan outlines your goals for therapy and helps you see your progress along the way.
5.
Start the work! Now it's time to begin therapy - we will decide what treatment model works best for your needs.
